Characteristics:

It is a long-life, heat-treated meat product. The product has a rod shape of 50 mm diameter. The product is filled into a collagen pack. The surface is smooth or slightly wrinkled, with grainy structure of the raw material seen through. The aroma is pleasant, aromatic, of used raw materials and smoke, the taste is adequately salty, significantly hot, the product is smooth on the bite. The colour on the cut is red and shiny. Consistency is solid, firm.

Durability:

Unpacked products store at temperature of 0° C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%. Vacuum packed products and products packaged in a protective atmosphere should be stored at a temperature of 0°C to + 4°C and a relative humidity of max. 80%.
