Characteristics:

It is a long-life, non-heat-treated meat product. The product has 90 mm diameter of rod shape. The product is filled into a collagen pack. The surface has a smooth or slightly wrinkled structure, grainy look of the raw material seen through. On cut the color is red and shiny. Scent is pleasant, aromatic from spices and smoke, taste is salty, slightly acidic, on bite the product is smooth. Consistency is solid, firm.

Durability:

Unpacked products store at temperature of 0°C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%. Vacuum packed products and products packaged in a protective atmosphere should be stored at a temperature of 0°C to + 4°C and a relative humidity of max. 80%.
