Characteristics:

The name of the Touristic salami has been known for more than half a century. It has become a traditional delicacy of several generations. We increased the content of pork and beef, supplemented with tasty spices. A longer drying time improves the sensory properties of the product such as flavor, aroma, color and overall consistency. Salami belongs to the category of heat-treated meat products. Touristic salami Premium is suitable for touristic sandwiches, cuts, cold platters. We believe you will appreciate its better taste and premium quality.

Durability:

30 days under storage conditions at temperature of 0°C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%. Minimum shelf life also applies after opening the product. After opening the technological pack, use within 3 days.
