Characteristics:

It is a long-life non-heat-treated meat product, smoked, filled into the collagen pack. During production of Daniel salami combination of fallow deer meat and pork is used. The spice mixture with addition of juniper and the bay leaf, combined with the fallow deer meat, gives the product a pleasant flavor and aroma. The elegant look and always fresh taste are secured by wrapping it into a perforated foil. The product does not contain gluten and is also suitable for celiacs.

Durability:

Store at temperature of 0°C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%.

Structure:

Pork and fallow deer meat at least 95% and spices.

Energy: 2183 kJ / 527 kcal, fats: 46.83 g, of which saturated fatty acids: 18.89 g, carbohydrate: <1.00 g, of which sugars: <0.20 g, protein: 26.50 g, salt: 3.66 g.
