Characteristics:

MEDITERAN salami with a touch of Mediterranean with a delicious softly sweet taste and distinctive aroma. The unique intensity of the aroma, taste and rich dark red color of the product is the result of the use of carefully selected lean pork meat of the highest quality. It all is synchronized in harmony with spice extracts and thereafter by careful preparation of combining fermentation, smoking with cold smoke of beechwood and slow maturing to the required quality. The character of product complements a specific shape of the surface achieved by use of packaging and netting.

Durability:

Store at 0°C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%.

Structure:

Pork and spices. 135 g of pork was used per 100 g of finished product.
