Characteristics:

The sausage is of reddish color on the surface and on the cut with red pepper marks of an irregular mosaic with lean and fat grains. Scent and taste of the product are pleasant, more pronounced of red pepper and spices.

Durability:

Unpacked products store at temperature of 0°C to + 24°C and relative humidity max. 80%. Vacuum packed products and products packaged in a protective atmosphere should be stored at a temperature of 0°C to + 4°C and a relative humidity of max. 80%.
