Characteristics:

Spiš smoked pork neck is made in a traditional way according to old recipes, smoked by cold smoke on beechwood. It is a raw salted meat, which must be thoroughly heat-treated before consumption.

Durability:

Store in the hanging position, at temperature of 0°C to + 7°C and relative humidity max. 85%.

Structure:

130 g of pork neck was used for 100 g of finished product, natural spices.

Energetic value (per 100g):

Energy: 1141 kJ / 272 kcal, fats: 21.20 g, of which saturated fatty acids 8.67 g, carbohydrates: <0.50 g, of which sugars <0.50 g, proteins: 20.24 g, salt 2.69 g.

Recommended use:

Product intended for consumption after previous heat treatment. Suitable for cuts, cold platters and appetizers.
