Characteristics:

The Spiš smoked leg is made in a traditional way according to the old recipes, smoked with cold smoke on beechwood. It is a raw salted meat, which must be thoroughly heat-treated before consumption.

Durability:

Store in the hanging position, at temperature of 0°C to + 7°C and relative humidity max. 85%.

Structure:

Per 100 g of finished product was used 130 g of pork leg and natural spices.

Energetic value (per 100g):

Energy: 1162 kJ / 278 kcal, fats: 22.58g, of which saturated fatty acids 7.61g, carbohydrates: <0.50g, of which sugars <0.50g, protein: 18.61g, salt 3.10g.

Recommended use:

Product intended for consumption after previous heat treatment. Suitable for cuts, cold platters and appetizers.
