Cut is shiny, distinctive mosaic of fat and lean grains, up to a diameter of 3 mm. Consistency is solid, flexible. The aroma is typical for a long-life meat product and the taste is pleasant of the ingredients used, slightly salty, spicy, the product on the bite is smooth.
